Ana was fantastic with helping my husband and I find a solution to be approved for a home mortgage. We had been working with another company for some time, and unfortunately due to my husbands credit we were unable to qualify for a VA loan. Ana assured us there was another way to apply and be approved for a loan by just having myself on the loan. No one had offered us this solution before. Ana was great with communication and knowledgeable with all of our questions.

This was the most informative person I have dealt with. Straight up front nothing left to guess about. She answered questions before you asked. Matt and Keith were a pleasure to work with. On our first meeting, Matt went through various mortgage options with me while entering my information into his system. He showed me how it works and ran the numbers in front of me. The previous lenders I worked with didn't explain it as well nor did they figure out different options with me at their office. Running the numbers in real time worked much better because I could explain my situation when questions came up. He also wrote three different pre-qualification offers within an hour of needing them when we made offers on different places. An most importantly, he beat all of the other lenders that I got quotes from when it comes to rate. The rate we ended up getting was higher than what I hoped to get, but they were going up pretty quickly in February when we locked it in. This has nothing to do with Matt's service. He actually locked the rate in before it could have gone up further. I definitely recommend using Matt for your lending needs!
