She is very nice and straight forward on the process. she helped me understand the whole process as we went along. Which was great! I had many questions and she was always there to answer and explain further. She was very flexible with conference calls and appts. She was great with responses. This was the easiest loan process that I have ever went though! Jason Reeves and his staff worked with my husband and I to explain each step and answered any questions we had. My husband and I live out of state and were not able to meet with him or his staff personally but the loan process was still amazing. We did not feel left out of the loop on anything.
