Scott was very easy to work with and in any transactions of this type there are bound to be at least few small bumps in the road. It is not whether they come up it is how it is handle if they do. Scott is driven to take care of his clients and does a great job at it so much that he spent time on the phone with me while on vacation to help me understand portions of the deal.
