I was very sceptical at first dealing with someone out of state and not in person, but he answered all my questions at all hours of the day and always returned my calls. He is a great guy and made the whole ordeal very pleasant, even as nerve wrecking as is all seemed. Anytime my husband or I had any questions in our home buying experience she was there to answer no matter what time it was. On my end I'd forget about the time difference between the two of us but she would still answer within minutes of getting in contact.
