Joy was very attentive and quick to respond. I had worked with loan officers prior and it would take them a week to respond all the while were sitting waiting in limbo wondering what’s happening. Joy’s response was immediate all the time. If she didn’t know the answer she made it clear that she didn’t know but that she would find out and she always did. She was very pleasant and positive to work with.
