We first attempted to go through Quicken Loans and it was a complete nightmare. Our realtor suggested Cheryl Vestweber. I am so glad that we did. One phone call to her and she took care of everything. She was available just about every time we called, even at 7pm when we had some concerns or confusion. She was always there to ease our minds and our loan went off without a hitch. We are so happy with our new home and that we found Cheryl made us feel like we weren’t just another number to her.

From start to finish Jessica and her assistant Karina were very prompt and professional and returned our calls and e-mails very quickly and kept us informed of the loan process, status and the requests for documentation.
