Dan and his team were the best mortgage experience we’ve ever had. This was about our 15th mortgage. We had to “break up” with our long standing mortgage company and only had about 21 days to close or we would have lost out on our home to a back up all cash offer. Dan did it!!! This loan raised my payment a little over $300 a month. What I got in return is “out of debt!” It also lowered 2 yrs off the payments. So I ended up with a 10 yr mortgage and no debt. I was treated as a customer and not just another number. I have unusual good credit which helped but also found myself in debt due to a medical misfortune. Thank you Derrick for helping me re-align my financial goals.
