Daniel and his team never made us feel pressure about any step. In fact they educated us and counseled us the whole way. We had issues with credit and they didn’t turn us away nor did they sweep it under the rug. Like I said they taught us and helped us reach our credit goals before starting the loan process. It’s been close to 2 years in the waiting but it was all worth it doing it right! Bonus, he has similar beliefs in finance as Dave Ramsey, who we had just learned from and were enlightened.

Berta Ramirez was so patient with us and our busy schedule. She did everything possible to get us into our home with a short deadline. Tanner goes above and beyond to make things as easy and painless as possible. He quickly responded to all questions. I’ve bought a house before, I wish I would have used Tanner that time as well. I will certainly use him in the future.
