Lisa was absolutely wonderful to work with! Because of a number of improvements I had to take care of before we could complete the refinance, the whole process took longer than either Lisa or myself could have anticipated, but Lisa was there every step of the way! She was both supportive and constantly in contact with me keeping me up to date on how everything was going. She was also always friendly and professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a home!

To get our first home has been a long time dream and thanks to Ivory now is a reality.
