During the entire process I was able to reach out to Arnold with any kind of random question or inquiry. If he needed to get back to me on it, he always got back when he said he would. He always responded to my emails, text, voicemails, phone calls, even when the ILA senior processer would not and hardly ever did. I would reach out to Arnold and he would respond. Three times, I was taken action to go with another lender and Arnold educated and convinced me to stay. Professional & knowledgeable!

Kim is the 4th lender I called to try and help me. She did just that. I now own my own home. I am debt free and where the other lenders and companies were not able to make it happen, Kim was able to make it work. I would recommend her to ANYONE that needs any of her expertise. Thank you, Kim.
