Michelle was quick to address our concerns and answer our questions. She was helpful with the entire process, explained the steps we needed to go through, referred us to others for quotes on insurance and has a great sense of humor. Michelle is knowledgeable about her job and was so helpful in every way! We really enjoyed working with her. We liked the fact that she was available to us anytime we needed her. We would use her again in a heartbeat and will refer her to friends and family.
