Catherine is a precious gem in a very competitive financial field! We received a glowing recommendation from our realtor. He was spot on. She first gave my husband and I a very in-depth pre approval; as we had inquired, (I am self employed and it definitely complicates the loan process). She informed us of certain discounts we had qualified for without our inquiry! Moreover, she watched the mortgage interest rates; daily, and advised us the most cost effective and financially safe route to go
