Roy was amazing! I had a few layers to work through and he was extremely diligent in getting our pre-approval. Once we found a house, everything was easy breezy! I have heard many horror stories during the mortgage approval process, I am happy to say that this was a very easy and seamless process! Thank you also to Melissa and Sarah for your hard work too! Look no further, you have literally found the best lender! We closed by the contract date but we could have even closed earlier than that! They were all very good and efficient and communicative!

Nate Huss is an exceptional Loan Consultant at New American Funding. My husband and I were determined to buy our first home. We were assigned to Nate through a finance inquiry from Zillow back in December 2017. We closed on our home May 2018 (For Sale by Owner). Unfortunately, we closed a few days late due to unforeseen circumstances. Nate is truly one of a kind. He will thoroughly walk you through the process from beginning to end. He was there for us through the ups and downs no matter the time or day. If it wasn’t for Nate, we might have given up months ago. Thank you, Nate!

Ahmad and his team did an amazing job on my loan, from purchase contract to funding was less than 30 days. I would recommend Ahmad to any potential home buyer who is looking for great advise and upfront common sense service that make sense. Also I would add New American doesn't your typical work out of M-F 9 to 5, which is great when you have those question you just want answered.

Edder was great to work with, he was patient and knowledgeable. He was always very prompt answering all of my MANY phone calls and questions. We originally set a closing date and Edder worked hard to make sure that we closed on that exact day with no issues, and we did! I would recommend this company and Edder to anyone who is looking for a home loan.
