Neil has helped me twice...first with a new mortgage though New American 2 years ago, and presently with refinancing. Number 1, I wasn't harassed into choosing New American Funding and that was a huge plus. Number 2, They did all signing prior to the closing via electronic signature, so easy!! Number 3, They understood, without bugging me, when I was busy with work and couldn't respond immediately. Number 4, They did what they said they would do and closed this loan in 30 days!
