Ben made it his personal objective to ensure the few problems encountered were resolved. My home purchase required a few different special certifications and inspections. Ben was very motivated to resolve the issues I encountered. When I wanted to know the information for myself, he enlightened me. When too busy to resolve issues myself, Ben was in communication with my realtor to ensure a timely response. This motivation, compassion and resolution are reason I will recommend him to others.
