Tim has always been helpful with our needs and what are our best possible options for now and for future loan needs. He’s always available for questions no matter how ridiculous I think they might be or if I’ve asked the same question five times because I’m always afraid of “dipping my whole foot in the water.” I’ve recommended Tim to people in the past and I would continue doing so.

John made it happen! I thank God everyday for bringing this angel to us and helping us get our home! He even went as far as to communicate with the listing agent with multiple offers to assure the sellers that we were serious buyers!
