Nancy went above and beyond to find us the best Down Payment Assistance program for us to use. She was very professional and worked with a sense of urgency. This was our first home buying experience, so while we were very excited, we were also nervous about the whole process. Riana quickly put our concerns at ease with. She was always very quick and informative in response to any questions we had. and she helped make the process as smooth as possible. She was also very professional and friendly.
