My wife and I started on a condo search in Jan 2018 working with Anthony. Throughout our long, hard search and process, Anthony was always there for us - even on nights and weekends. He provided fast mortgage estimates on properties we viewed, quickly responded to emails and even text messages. In turn, Meredith processed our information in ways that come very close to miraculous, When we thought time was running out on closing day, Meredith came through and saved the day. After 2 complex FHA condo approvals, 2 rejected offers and way too many open houses, we found our dream home. With the closing timing at risk, Meredith was able to escalate and save the day!! We are now truly in our own beautiful home home thanks to the Envoy MA Team. My wife is a 2x cancer survivor who underwent many severe, hard rounds of chemo and radiation treatments beating very slim survival odds - two times. Anthony and Meredith's personal touch in dealing with us made all the difference in the world. Most importantly, they gained our trust in handling this life changing, transforming event. They exhibited sincerity, integrity, honesty, empathy as well as sharing in our victory. Kudos to this team!!

The service I received from Ana was very professional as well as thorough. Ana walked me through the process with patience and continued monthly follow ups ....this process covered a span of almost 2yrs each time we talked she picked up from our last conversation no matter the length of time between ...she has impeccable customer service skills and I would recommend her to anyone that may ask or inquire about FHA loans.
