Not everything about the whole transaction was good. The underwriters made some mistakes that caused us a lot of anxiety and had us jumping through hoops that were totally unnecessary. However, all the parts that Maggie was directly involved in were great. She also provided a lot of advice to help us get through the underwriting screw ups. I would definitely recommend Maggie to any of my friends.

Travis was there for me throughout the loan process. He went above and beyond to get me into my dream home which included flagging down upper management on a Friday afternoon to get me pre-approval to begin the process. Not only did he exceeded all expectations on a professional level, he was there for me on a personal level as well making me fell comfortable. If one customers two cents is worth anything in theses surveys I would hope this bright young man is developed into a management position

As stressful as home buying and financing can be, the process was smooth due to Travis navigating it. Travis and NAF delivered exactly what they promised from the onset. If I ever do another refinance will use them again...
