Jason was very knowledgeable and attentive throughout the whole process. He was always available to discuss my questions and address my concerns, and did so until i was comfortable with the answer. He always followed up and keep me informed on what was required, what step of the process we were in, why we were doing something, and what our best course of action was. The whole process was simple and prompt, nothing like the horror stories you hear about! Jason was great to work with!
