From day one, Mack's friendly and professional manner put me at ease. He explained all of the how's and why's of what would occur during the mortgage refinance process. Both he and Terri Hughey were always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. The closing was delayed due to unresponsiveness from my HOA and he and Terri were very patient and supportive.
