Having Janet by our side during the home buying process was very helpful and appreciated! Brooks and the team at New American Funding were absolutely amazing ( specifically Amber Montalvo)! Brooks always made time to answer my questions (even responding on the weekends), which made us feel like we were his only client. He walked me thru the whole process and made me feel comfortable with what should have been a much more stressful process. I really appreciated the fact that he even showed up the day I signed my final paper work and answered all the questions I had on all the paperwork I was signing. There was a level of comfort that I did not expect during this whole process. Steven was very down to earth and easy to talk to.
