Our experience with Albert Mai, who is our loan officer at New American Funding, was/is really a gift from Heaven! From the beginning, he was attentive, straight forward, FUN, positive and had empathy and understanding for the horrible experience we had gone through with another reverse mortgage company. After learning about the pluses and minuses of our particular loan needs, etc., Albert did his magic and kept us informed of developments, etc. until the day of our closing. Thank you Albert!
