The communication, persistence and the timely action in which the process was taken care of . the whole team that we’re involved in this loan where the best, this is what I call team work, because timely wise was critical on the sellers and buyers side Because this property was selling contingency buying another property, so this gave a risk of loosing the purchase on my side, if the transaction delayed a day. Thanks to this team work everything happen smooth and on time, with the best.

We had worked the previous year with another loan officer who straight out told us we could not get a home; that loan officer told us to wait two years then come back. We met Ivory in late February and we closed on our house in June. When we felt like it was not possible, she would question us with a "why not?". Ivory and her team continued to cheer us on and helped us not only to close on our house but to make our dreams become a reality.
