The entire process was simple. Unlike what you hear from some people. Marissa was able to get me qualified in just 2 days and out looking at homes. Even though it was my first home I couldn't take my time. I had to get into a place as soon as possible, and Marissa in conjunction with my Realtor were able to get me to close in less than 30 days.
