Not only was Kerry a friend to the client, he was very professional and kept them informed on what was happening and helped guide them through the process and what to expect next. In my opinion he went above what would have been customary with a new build. Visiting weekly and taking photos for updates for both the buyer and myself.

Tom was very experienced in the kind of work it took to get my mortgage approved with my financial and my work/income situation, which made the process very fast and easy. Tom was always on top of getting me the latest update his information and letting me know very quickly if anything was needed.
