Randall Leake is great because he cares about his client and always replies to my questions. He helped us with two appraisals. One appraisal was extremely low and he had the appraiser redo his work. The second appraisal 8 months later was by another person and we itemized every improvement to our beautiful home and the result was double in value. Jay is the most professional, reliable, and pleasant loan consultant we've ever worked with. In the past, we had an experience with other consultants who were unresponsive, taking days to get back to us. In addition, the consultants would consistently overpromise and wouldn't be able to close their deals. Jay, however, was always available whenever we had questions or concerns, whether through phone, text, or email. He was as professional and honest as they come. The BEST!!!! THANK YOU, JAY!!
