Everett was very thorough from beginning to end. Morning, noon, and night, whether in the office or not, he made sure he was always accessible. I've heard many horror stories about the home buying process, but thanks to Everett and his team, my experience was a breeze. Janell was amazing from the beginning. She answered all questions and really helped put as at ease. I definitely feel like she went above and beyond what was required of her. She was not at all pushy and was extremely professional. We felt like we could call her anytime we needed anything and she was always happy to help us.
