Tai goes above and beyond. My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and he took a lot of extra time to ensure we were learning and understanding the process. That was much appreciated because it can be a daunting experience. Tai was always available to text or chat with us whenever we had questions. He was personable, pleasant and patient.
