Janell was always willing to explain every part of the process multiple different times if my husband and I weren't able to get on the same phone call. She was upfront and honest with us and worked to get the best loan program possible for our situation. She is personable with an upbeat attitude that everyone can get along with and naturally gravitate towards. I will always recommend Janell and use her if we ever purchase another home.
