I had a house built and was going to use my builders lender. The quote I received from Kamie was significantly more reasonable than the quote I received from the builder. Additionally, Kamie's quote did not have any excess/ additional fees hidden in the closing costs. She and her team helped me through the entire loan process and answered all of my questions I had as a first time homebuyer! She exceeded my expectations! I am so glad I was referred to Kamie and highly recommend her!!

This was are first home. But, my wife and I loved Marita. She was the best! She walked through all the steps and explained everything. She was extremely thorough. Most people told us that the most difficult part about getting a home was the paperwork, but Marita made it flawless. Also, she helped us to lock in a rate and saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Marita is the only way to go.

This man's fiance had their child early on while we were going through the process of securing our new mortgage. Although is life is now filled with much more important thoights and concerns, he never once let me feel as if I was out of the loop and ALWAYS returned my calls, text and emails quickly.
