Such a smooth transaction. The best lenders are the ones you don't have to worry about. I get to take care of my client on my end and Jim and his team take of things on their end. I've already told my team members about what an easy time we had getting this deal closed. He is a lender that I will be referring clients to in the future.

Michael was very proactive. He was honest from the beginning and gave realistic expectations. The processor and underwriter however had me very stressed for the final week before closing. It wasn't communicated well that the loan was going to close on time or at all. Processor was still asking for credit statement from my other loans 18 hours before closing. They really took it down to the wire. I wish it could have been wrapped up by underwriting 2 days sooner. Michael was great to work
