From the very start, he was very professional but also very caring and took the time to follow up, answer questions etc. He was never discouraging, always positive, but always told us the truth. I think he is amazing and I definitely want to refer my friends and family to him so that they don't get someone else who may not give them the level of service that Ray gave us.
