On task, on time, all the time. Always answers the phone and gets info back in a timely manner. Very easy to work with and if does not have the answer he will find it and get you where you need to be, and will have options for you to choose from.

From the very first call I received from Kendrick he made me feel like my account was the only account he was working on and my satisfaction was paramount. The communication I received from Kendrick was always well received and relevant. Kendrick would call sometimes just to check in to see if everything was going okay. To me communication is key with these types of business dealings and Kendrick never once dropped the ball! I would and will recommend Kendrick to anyone! Can you clone him?
