The great service and attitude shown by Joel cannot be explained. Joel had us informed from start to finish and even went the extra mile to keep our realtor in the loop as far as when were and what to do at every step of the way. Darren was incredibly helpful every step of the way! He was always available to talk and helped to demystify the process of securing a loan. Hope was so nice, and great at communicating! She kept me updated at every point of the loan process. She was organized and clear on what documents she needed from me to get the process started. I also enjoyed the online programming that made the process so smooth and convenient. I never felt pressued, only supported and secure. It was a very pleasant experience all around, and I would recommend anyone needing a new home loan or refinance to speak with Hope, you won’t be disappointed!

Loren and Becca provided amazing service from day one all the way though to the end of the transaction. Responses were always timely and knowledge of loan products was second to none. Loren was also very helpful in planning for my long term goal of purchasing multiple properties and staying conscious of how decisions now may impact future purchases. I’ll be coming back to Loren next time I need a loan and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone else either.
