Mike was in constant communication with me & worked nights & weekends to ensure I had all the information & much more so that I could make the best and most informed decisions. Arnold was fast & friendly. He clearly asked for all items & responded promptly letting us know the files were received. Our processor Liesa Sykes was equally as fast responsing, helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed working with both of them. This was my first experience with obtaining a mortgage.
