The only negative thing I would say is that at the closing table we waited for 45 minutes to hear if the paperwork was complete and if the transaction was funded. And, after waiting so long, we still didn't have an answer but were told to leave by the title person b/c we wouldn't have an answer that day. I know this isn't a reflection of the lender but I felt it needed to be said again as I haven't experienced this type of delay without a answer in the past.
