Tracey was the best! Our refinance went through fast. Our payments are lower, than we were paying. It also paid many credit cards off, and gave us enough left over for a shop to build.

I was previously working with another lender that got me 'pre-approved' and when it came time to close, they had all these underlying conditions I was not able to execute in such a short timeframe.
