Brian was referred to us by our Agent. He proved to be a true find. We had an unconventional financing request. Brian understood and welcomed the challenge. Strategy was in place and processing began. Well wouldn't you know that "the best laid plans of . . . ". The Company policy changed a bit so Brian had to find a new approach to achieve the same end. Using his ability to "Think outside the box", he devised another strategy. It took a little more time but with his guidance and understanding it went well. We found Brian to be wise, caring and always working toward our best interest. He was honest and straight forward. We appreciated that most of all.

My wife and I worked with Brian on our refinance. When other lenders said they wouldn’t be able to make it happen....he did. He kept in contact with us consistently throughout the whole process and kept our needs at the top of his priority list. We would absolutely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone they can trust to treat them like family.
