Theresa was always a knowledgeable and friendly voice who helped explain and steer me through the loan process which, at first, seemed like it would be overwhelming. I contacted her with several questions which she willingly answered in terms that a person like me with no experience with borrowing could easily understand. She made me believe that she was sincerely there to help me as if we had known each other for years.

Joshua helped get the Title company to get this loan closed after all the requirements were completed. Title kept asking for more documentation post closing, Joshua made them accept the documents being title sat on the paperwork for almost 60 days.
