Barbara was always willing to answer any questions I had during the loan process, and never seemed annoyed when I ask her for a new authorization letter. Barbara even noticed that my first credit check was going to come close to expiration by the time I found a home and had a close date so she re-ran my credit and found that my score had went up and saved us a lot of money in interest!
