Candi's demeanor was very nice, friendly and helpful, she made me feel that she wanted my mortgage to be approved. I really enjoyed the ease with how documents requested were transmitted, no need to be running around. The support staff communicated well. Also, I only spoke to Mr. Guzman once, he was friendly, easy to talk to.
