Throughout the process, all questions and concerns that I had we're responded to very quickly and professionally. You only have one chance to make a first impression. The ability to reach Jay with questions or concerns was much appreciated. Jeanne was always available when called and no question was considered to be mundane. Jeff, the loan processor, was very helpful in resolving issues that came up. I have absolute thumbs up as to how the entire process went.
