I felt like I received personal service and that you were truly interested in our family and our unique needs. I had 24-7 access to Kat Torres, the agent assisting with my loan, who always called me back whether it was after hours or not. Leslie is an amazing loan officer. She is very knowledgeable. The thing I like most is how she educates consumers. They are just not another loan. She takes the time to listen to the goal they are trying to achieve and then helps them make the best decision for that through education. She is the best in my opinion!
