Chris & his team provided great service, expert advice, respectful communication at less cost than others we considered. We opened escrow on January 11, and closed by February 8! Wow! They knew the details of what was needed and the process to get the loan done quickly. They responded to us almost immediately and kept us on track to get anything needed from their end. Five-step tracker emails let us know from start to finish what to anticipate and where we were in the process. Great experience!
