Before finding Chris and his team, I contacted several(5-6) lenders including my bank, SchoolsFirst Credit Union. All lenders offered me nearly half the loan amount I wanted which made it nearly impossible to find a home, not to mention interests rates of 4% or over! I practically gave up on purchasing a home until I was fortunate enough to find Chris! He was God sent! He was able to offer me the loan amount I wanted with a lower interest rate! Chris and his team are the best in the industry!
