After an unsuccessful dealing with my credit union I was referred to John by my real estate agent. I was stressed out and unsure I would be able to get another loan processed in enough time to close escrow. John assured me that everything would be ok and that he would still be able to get me closed on time. John kept me informed every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for better service. If you've ever purchased a home you know how stressful it can be, but thanks to John he alleviated a big chunk of that stress by making the process as smooth as possible. John is now my go to guy, and I will definitely be referring all friends and family to him.Thanks John!!!!

John is very knowledgeable, high on good followup/communication through out the whole process. It is rare to see his level of customer service from a mortgage lender. He assisted me w/ my second home purchase which is a bit more work related, made himself available at all times to keep communication open between myself, my agent and seller's agent. I highly recommend him and his team for your real estate needs!

After a previous lender dropped the ball in the 11th hour for my buyers, I gave a quick call to John and he reassured me that the deal could be saved. John and his team took the reins and communicated regularly throughout the process. John was efficient with the little time we gave him to close, and the buyer and myself were both very happy with the high level of service and professionalism he and his team exhibited.
