John was very attentive and very quick to answer questions. This was my first home in CA and the process was very different from other places I've lived and John made the process understandable. John help me out six years ago to purchase my home. When it came to refinancing we worked with him, he was able to guide us on what we needed to do to get it refinanced. Long story short he did what two other companies couldn't.

I believe John has the knowledge , the know how and the drive to do whatever it takes to make his clients have a successful closing on a loan. Also I forgot to mention he can close a loan very fast as well! Excellent service skills as well

John is very personable and always communicates in a timely manner. Even though he is busy, which he should be considering the level of service that he gives to all of his clients, he still handles every loan personally. I would recommend John hands down.
