Janel is fabulous. I referred my buyer clients who had just had another escrow fall through, with a company I do NOT recommend. They were gun-shy, but she alleviated their fears, got them approved and in 3 days we were putting an offer on their new dream home. She is efficient, communicative, and available. She even answered her phone one evening, 3 times, while I was working on the offer. I didn’t find out till the next day that she was sitting there waiting for a fire evacuation order. Bravo!

This was our first home buying expierience. And Janel worked so incredibly hard to make this as easy and painless as possible. She answered any questions or concerns we had within minutes and if she didn’t have the answer yet she’d get right on it and get it to us ASAP. Without Janel we wouldn’t have had such a great time purchasing our new home.

Barbara was awesome, she kept us up to date with everything that was going on with our loan. She was very helpful , answering all questions and worked hard to get us the best rate for our loan. Would recommend her to anyone because she works hard to make your home buying a pleasant experience.
