About a week prior to my closing and before the loan was fully approved, my Mother suddenly died. My family and I were devastated. Kelly reached out during this time and asked if there was anything she could do. “Yes” I said, “I need you to make sure all stays on track and that the loan gets handled and the closing is not delayed”. “Of course”, she said. And she was true to her word. Even when at the 11th hour I asked her to adjust the loan to reflect a larger down payment. Great experience!

Steve and his team were great! As first time homeowners, a lot of things were new to us and we were very overwhelmed by everything we had to do. Steve's communication, direction and over all presence put us at ease. He answered quickly to all our emails with any questions we had and was quick to schedule meetings when we felt we needed it. Steve and his team were very thorough in letting us know what we needed and when we needed it so we were never caught off guard. Highly recommend!

He went above and beyond to make sure we had all our paperwork in order. He even caught things ahead of time that we would’ve overlooked and made sure we were aware. He always kept us in the loop with each step of the process and was always available immediately if we ever had any questions.
